In the past years, one of our crews basically lived at Chrysler Hall during the month of June. We recorded show after show for the area’s largest dance studios. Covid ended that. Well, this weekend (June 20) we were able to shoot in Chrysler Hall again. It was the first time in over two years. The events were two large shows for Golden Slippers Dance Academy. With a crew of 5, we covered both shows with multiple cameras. Each show was also live edited and broadcast to waiting parents in “Little Hall”, who could not get in due to seating limitations. Although it was still somewhat restricted, both shows had a capacity crowd. Shooting a job like this requires a lot of preparation, equipment, cables, and patience. Congratulations to Golden Slippers on two great shows. We were happy to be back there again and look forward to more shows there next year.
